β β β β β I had to exchange the kayak life jacket given as a present months after its purchase (due to lockdown, etc). The owners were happy to exchange it, helped me find the right fitting life vest and were just so gracious about everything. Highly recommend this store.

β β β β β Awesome service and awesome price. I got my rudder fixed there, the owner was super helpful, unbent the thing, found the right screw and fitting, replaced the rope...
And he only charged me for the rope, which was almost nothing!
So when leaving the shop I felt guilty for all this "free" time and went back to buy something else.
What a better way to create customer loyalty, congrats guys
