★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful spot. Not far from the surf highway main drag. Not overly well sign posted but an easy find with google maps. It is located alongside farmland just beside the road. On a good day you’ll get the mountain as a back drop. The history of the lighthouse is well displayed. Well worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice detour off Surf highway. Very picturesque lighthouse. Read reviews beforehand as entrance has been made to look private. Go to end of road and watch the rough surf hitting the large rocky foreshore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No signage to lighthouse so need to use GPS. It’s looks private (it’s not) but just step over the chain and through the gate and up some steep stairs. It’s lovely once you get there and worth the detour. Pity about no parking signs and roped off areas which isn’t very encouraging for visitors.
