★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ron and I decided it was time to move into a retirement village. Life on the quarter acre was becoming difficult. We had known Carmen for several years and had always said Carmen was the right person to sell our home. We found our apartment and that week Carmen called in for a catch up. Arrangement to sell was made. We were very nervous about selling through auction. Carmen was very professional, kept in contact throughout the process and spent so much time with us explaining the auction procedure, running open homes, always with a positive attitude and a smile along with keeping Ron and I calm. Of course the house sold! Thank you Carmen for a very professional experience and all the hard work you did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a tough market to navigate for all buyers, however, throughout the entire selling process Carmen has provided us with so much security, honesty, and dedication that allowed us to have full trust in her and the process every step of the way. She had a clear strategy from the start, always kept us informed, and answered our many questions.
Our expectations, especially during these challenging times (as the market was dictating areas that were out of our control) were always met with truth, but the lengths Carmen went to, made it extremely reassuring.
To see first-hand the amount of hard work and commitment Carmen shows was incredible and she was one of few agents we have experienced that put us first and never let us settle under panic and worry.
What was a declining, slow market, was met with extreme patience, smart strategy and top-notch service and this led us to go into a multi offer situation. Resulting in the sale of our house, with a price that we thought was not possible at the rate the market was leaning. It was 100% Carmen’s dedication and hard work for us that got us here. Her goal was to get the best possible outcome for us (in relation to the market) and there was never any other agenda involved.
Thank you, Carmen, for an incredible experience that was positive throughout and lead to an incredible result during a tough time. Could not recommend her enough!
