★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. If you are in emergency and you are ready to meet God then you can choose this place but if you wanna live I suggest you not to go. I went to see a doctor on Monday midday , they had no patients had they still said I can't see one as there is not a single doctor. Terrible rude staff as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner booked an appointment for a medical for his residency application and was texted the day before that the appointment was canceled because the nurse was sick and was subsequently told to find somewhere else for his medical.. can you believe this level of customer service! Absolutely appalling. Don't book.here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grandfather fell and had a massive gash on his leg that was pouring blood. Show up just as they are shutting the doors and told they wouldn't help. He's 80 and bleeding all over the pavement and they told him to go away. Felt bad for the admin girl who had to tell us about her bosses heartless decision. Feel worse for anyone who has to rely on this place for any kind of medical care.

They just don’t care.They will make you wait for hours before attending.Very laidback.
Receptionist said we were no 2 in queue and we had to wait 3hrs ..Really? They will not pay attention to anything you have to say.
Avoid this place if you can.It will make you feel sicker.

I have unfortunately been in 3 times in 3 months for 3 different reasons all minor work related things, and all 3 times without an appointment they have been able to help me, most of the time with a sense of humor, which is very important in current climate. Thank you all for being there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had such a great experience here with my husband's work related injury. They were so kind and lovely from reception to the nurses and including the doctor. They took their time and made you feel like you were the only patient there which is pretty rare. Would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The White Cross Urgent Care centre is brilliant and all the staff are friendly and efficient. As a first time mum I've visited them a few times and they never make me feel silly for worrying, instead they give me lots of helpful information and explain everything they are doing so I feel calm and comfortable. They are also great with my little boy!
