Carpet Court was founded in the 1960’s by a small group of like-minded flooring retailers looking to establish a better experience and provide greater value for our customers. Today our flourishing business has 61 stores nationwide with a reputation reflecting our longstanding presence in the market and the thousands of NZ homes we have installed carpet and flooring into over the decades.
We are New Zealand’s most trusted and preferred flooring retailer and work hard to ensure our customers enjoy the process of purchasing flooring which can often be a confusing and stressful experience. He made himself available for some minor queries during the holiday season. The instal was completed professionally and on time as quoted. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking to be honest. Upfront sales process was decent. Okay price. But customer service on the back end of the deal was terrible. We had a minor issue that could have been fixed very quickly. It took 2 months for them to organise for someone to come around and fix it. We had to follow them up multiple times with emails and calls to get it done. The first time we booked to get it fixed, no one showed up. We had to call again and set a new time. No communication - poor customer service.

Didn't ring back when we followed up on it. If you had just done us the courtesy of phoning back to say you were sorry you couldn't make I would not have posted this review.

Our kitchen floor was getting a bit worn after all these years and needed replacing!
Our first and only port of call was back to Barry Keach and his team at CARPET COURT Lincoln rd.
Paul Smith their salesman came and measured up and quoted to use an excellent new product RHINO hard flooring. Job was quoted and accepted by us and it was laid today, Josh Day the installer who was freindly and knowledgeable did a beautiful job and on time!
THANK YOU SO MUCH TEAM CARPET COURT, we have no hesitation to recommend you to anyone wanting a quality job with the best floor coverings for your job!
