Went there to get my phone screen fixed Yesterday. The person who served me was cold and rude. He said it would take half hour to get it done. So I went back half hour later, but when I walked into the shop he was watching a movie and gave me the attitude as if I’m nuisance for interrupting his movie time. He wrote up the receipt and gave it to me without saying “thank you”. My phone screen is fixed; however, my phone has been playing up since. E.g When I look at my phone it’s scrolling up by itself without my finger touching the screen. So I got my phone fixed but came back with a new problem. I was given one month warranty but I’m not sure if I want to go back since I had a very unpleasant experience!

Dont. Go. Here. Waited a week for my MacBook screen to be replaced, $600 and they replaced it with a screen that had deadpixles all around meaning it was second hand. Scratched up the bottom of my laptop and didn't screw the screws in properly causing even more damage. Note*** most of their highly rated feedback are bots, family or staff.

A week agoNEW Not just a cracked phone, I had an LCD issue. All fixed with 20 minutes and the price was considerably better than what I had paid to other techies in the past. Thrilled.

I have an iPhone 7plus, yes I know it’s an old, but the reason I’ve kept this phone as it was the first thing I bought myself when I moved to Australia in 2016. I’ve had my screen repaired many times and have never had an issue until now. I find myself a fair person and never leave bad reviews as I feel everyone deserves the benefit of doubt & I know time has lapsed, but I had to save up to buy a new phone. Temporarily back in NZ, I thought I’d take my phone to be repaired on Jan 25th 2022 as it was my birthday. It was a quick job & cost me about $160 plus GST which is a first as most repairs stores I had visited never asked me for this on top of the bill (maybe this is in NZ only, unsure). They also gave me a free phone cover and a 3 month warranty which I thought was good service. Quick & efficient and also told my family how quick the service was at this store as they needed repairs done on their phones too. I was also heading out of Auckland so thought it would be nice to have my screen repaired. However, made it to my destination & realised when anyone called, there was no sound on both ends. I couldn’t hear them, nor they hear me. I know my phone was working prior (that morning) to the repair as my family had called to wish me a happy birthday & I spoke with my friend confirming last minute shopping for the trip. When I returned back to Auckland the following week, I went back to the store & advised the same guy who repaired my phone that the microphone wasn’t working after he repaired my screen. I told him he may have not placed the microphone on properly as I had google searched this information & found this is common sometimes with screen repairs. This guy wouldn’t listen to me & kept saying it was something to do with the network (unsure why) & talking over me. Tested phone and confirmed I couldn’t use Siri, also he called my phone & confirmed there was no sound on both phones ends. He told me to leave my phone there & come back in an hour. I returned back after 2hrs to give him extra time and was told he had to order a new microphone as it was damaged during repair. The guy gave me all the excuses under the sun & asked me to leave my phone there over the weekend as it was a Friday & that he’d call me when it’s fixed. I told him how is he going to call me if he has my phone (he didn’t ask me for an alternative number) So he confirmed he would order the new parts & to come back the following week. Feeling disappointed, I went back to my car and went to unlock my phone. Not only was he unable to fix his mistake, but now the home button was broken. He broke the microphone & now the home button. When you press on it, it pops out. I couldn’t believe it. One thing after the other. I was just too upset & went to another repair store to get a quote for both the microphone & home button. Sadly the cost was more than what the phone is worth. I really wished I had checked the reviews before I visited this repair shop. I feel like such an idiot. Tech Expert may be quick, but they don’t care about quality. Nor, is there any integrity or care. Advice, please just do better instead of ripping people off.

Amazing service. Shop man is highly skilled. He repaired my 3 Samsung mobiles. Screen issues and water damage. He also assisted me with spare batteries, and to source screen protectors and back covers. Excellent service and price. I'll be back for sure!

Really friendly, works super fast and local. Price-sing is also really good. I got my phone fixed for $300 when the other was asking over $400 for the screen repair and camera cord fixing. Super local businesses and helpfull staff.
