I booked 2 rooms (#1L and 2L)
Rating for room 1L regarding price value:
1 star
For 2nd room: 3 star
So in sum I can not rate more than 2 stars
We booked due to that outermost good rates and fotos.
We were not lucky!
We got an old room (1L) which has the best times behind. Please renovate me!
Everything is old.
Carpet almost years old, many stains.
The bed was in the style which you can flap into the closet.
Only one 240V Plug For German/French flat plugs. No USB plug available.
We had a great expectation for our last night in Auckland, but to be honest the Social M one street across with breakfast is the much better choice (!) where we started our 3 week vacation.
Price-value rate is not good.
Maybe there are rooms which are like on the fotos?
I booked 2 rooms and the 2nd for my friends was much better with a REAL BED and a renovated bathroom and a new carpet, but also far away from the pics.
This room was 2L
My 1L -> avoid this room.
Due that no other rooms were available we get one bottle wine for free after we complaint the room.
At the end you have to be lucky if your room is acceptable or not.
We got for breakfast a very good tip at the „reception“:
Right side down the street approx 100m at Sierra!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to stay in Auckland. Lovely spacious apartment rooms. Superior décor and amazing huge screen TV in living room. Next to the harbour with great places to eat and chill. Try the local Irish bar next door for lovely homely meals. Near the harbour to visit neighbouring islands. It's a 10-15 walk into the centre of the city. Highly recommended place to stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a small window for reviews, but our stay was brilliant, and the staff member who helped us was kind, courteous and polite! Why, I don't even think Joanne stayed there at all, and she should think twice about her previous review! We were there the same very evening!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best location in the Viaduct area next to restaurants and a gorgeous view of the wharf. Love the layout of the room, very generous apartment. They also have free Netflix. Bed is extra large and soft which I love the most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location by the viaduct, with car park available at request. Met with great customer service. Room had a great theme with a nice big screen tv, my only complain would be the bathroom, could do with improvement, ( there was empty cupboard with laundry sink) Wich could fit washing machine and dryer as well. Asked front desk if there was washing machine or laundry room on the floor. But sadly no.
Other than that, overall stat was excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissappointing stay as there was a number of sub standard things with the apartment we had. Holes on the ceiling, doors that didn't close, hair dryer held together with sellotape and general low quality maintenance and fittings made this feel like low rent student accommodation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic location, however the apartment was filthy with stains on the carpet. The dishwasher wasn't working, most of the globes in the bedroom weren't working, the 2nd bathroom was the size of a shoe box, we couldn't use the oven or stove, there were no plugs in the basins so needed to shave in the shower. All in all it felt like the apartment hadn't been maintained in years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was ok. Missing some basic utensils for cooking which made frustrating. Beds uncomfortable which when paying 400 per night you would expect these to be top priority. Other than that it was a good stay
