★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked this as a surprise wedding anniversary treat. I should have done my homework better. Sounded promising on-line but the reality was a little different. Lot of confusing data, first Google search says free parking, there isn't. Google maps took us to the exact location but the wrong side of the road and there was no obvious hotel drop-off point. Long detour in heavy traffic just to U turn while phoning hotel for directions. The vaunted Movenpick chocolate hour is 3-4pm only, missed that detail too. Room was nice although awful pillows, either thick or extra thick so sore neck material. Compendium is on-line, sounds like a good idea, reality, difficult to scroll on a phone. Thought we were going to a new hotel, no, existing one rebranded. The staff were excellent, the restaurant was excellent. Apart from the name, the "Movenpick experience" I was expecting eludes me. I realise it's a little unfair to crticise outside data but it is in Movenpick's best interest to ensure that guests find accurate information easily.

Suggestion : Just make the street signage more visible for the visitor / motorist and vehicle entrance if possible!
