★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself ,My Daughter & My Sister Stayed in Unit 8 For Nearly 3 Weeks.I Truly Believe That if you Treat Other People The Way You Would Like to be Treated,It will Make things So Much Easier for us All.We Treated the Owner with Respect & in Return She Treated us with Respect.Every Day She asked if there was anything we Needed & Every Day We made sure to Say Hello & if there were anything Needed She Made sure We received it.We asked for a Vacum Cleaner when We needed it,after all,it was our Mess & We Cleaned it.This Is not a 5 Star Motel,or even a 4 Star Motel & I dont think it is Advertised as one.What we Found it to be is a Comfortable Lodging that was Self Sufficient Enough For us for the last 3 Weeks,and Longer if Needed.We Would like to Say Thankyou Very Much for our Stay at your Lodging & We Really Appreciate your Kindness.We would Definitely Stay again & Recommend to Other's,Many Thanks,The Girls!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room i was in was riddled with cockroaches and fleas as i became extremely itchy when i spent my first night on the bed. I had to spend a week here as i had no place to stay and i honestly did my damn best to go out for as long as possible each day to avoid being in that room. Even sitting on the couch and watching tv was horrible because when you look down you'd see a cockroach jump on you. Seriously a MAJOR health concern! Dont go there unless you like sharing a room with a cockroach colony! Not happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was about 6 months pregnant, 2020 when I was put in here by Work & Income ??♀️ it’s basically like emergency accomodation for those who are on the housing list. I couldn’t even stay here longer than 10 minutes! The room I was put in, it smelt like something was dead in there ? the sheets looked dirty! The couch was stained ? the fridge had cockroaches crawling out of it ??♀️ As soon as I went to check the bathroom out, I switched the light on & the light bulb blew. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. It’s not homely at all! If anything, no offence to that Chinese receptionist but they should be shut down. It’s so unhygienic! As pregnant as I was, I would rather be on the streets ? but luckily for me.. I was transferred to Middlemore Motel in Otahuhu. Now I definitely recommend that one! It’s also emergency accomodation! I’m glad I stayed there cause Middlemore Hospital is just around the corner & that’s where I gave birth ?? Okay but seriously tho, Middlemore Motel is the place to go! I stayed there since the beginning of July 2020 & moved into my new house on New Year’s Day x Images below are Middlemore Motel! You get a great view of the sunset too!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This motel suit my needs they offer dayrooms for a good handful of hours during the day and the owner she is so lovely and can speck in English. Location is convenient too downfall is the air conditioning and no Wifi. You are given milk on request not the ready made in the fridge I don't know about other rooms but I am always given the same room rooms are still available at short notice mostly in the daytime unless u get booked rooms for evening dayroom is a no no
