Big shout out to the coaches for making us feel welcome and pushing us to hit some lionheart PBS in both classes we attended. We will be back next time we come to Dunedin for sure ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t recommend F45 Dunedin CBD enough. I’ve generally always been an active person but the HIIT style workouts that F45 offers really hit different. Not only that but the trainers have created such an awesome vibe and inviting culture that makes for such an epic community and enjoyable place to be while you sweat it out in the studio. This has truly been life changing for me since I joined a couple years ago in terms of my physical and mental well-being and all thanks to the great trainers, workouts and culture here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's now been 3 years since I joined f45 Dunedin CBD and still going strong?. It's the only gym I've stayed a member at for this amount of time and still enjoy coming to every session. Through my health and fitness journey I've had a few injuries over the 3 years and the team have worked with me to find alternative exercises when needed so I can still benefit and enjoy what I do. They are always happy to help and provide an encouraging atmosphere for all members.

My F45 challenge last year consisted of lots of great feedback and technique improvement which resulted in great results.
