β β β β β The guys arrived on time and took care with the items. They helped dismantle items which was difficult to move in one piece due to it's size and assembled it back upon delivery. Definitely good value if you are moving over a shorter distance.

I asked them to: deliver moving boxes two days in advance, pack up the whole kitchen, and then move the whole 3-bedroom house. each task was done efficiently. kitchen was packed carefully.

β β β β β Yes I will highly recommend this company to whoever is planning to move in Auckland. Arti, the staff, responded to our email and call straight away and answer to the points straight away. The moving staff came to our home 10 min before the actual trading time, which surprised us (as a couple of movers we used before was late for the time - the worst was one hour and a half!). The staff were experienced and efficient, did not have a time for long break, and they even carried an upright piano to our new property with 10 steps; that was amazing. The price was reasonable, and there was no hiding cost, which relieved us.
So simply put, we were overall happy with the moving experience. We will definitely use this company again.

β β β β β A very disappointing move with this company. We used central movers to move our entire house lot from Auckland to the Hawkeβs bay. The team while friendly did not wear masks at any time (which during a pandemic is a concern) however that was the least of my problems.
The truck was old and dirty and after loading our belongings would not start and needed a jump start. The padlocks on the truck were of poor quality that anyone with bolt cutters or a hammer could have broken into the truck. At the other end they were 5 hours late arriving because the truck broke down and had to be towed the rest of the way.
To get the truck unpacked so we could get everything inside before it got dark I had to call on friends to help. Many items were badly scuffed or damaged. An antique I asked them to be super careful with sustained some damage that probably wonβt be easily repaired.
The boys knew I was unhappy and called the boss, who offered me a small discount to make up for the damage and told me to claim the rest on insurance. I appreciated the discount but it doesnβt really make up for the damage done as the insurance excess was more than the discount. I had to pay on the spot before the movers would leave and felt I had no choice but to pay.
So if considering a bigger move further afield perhaps choose another option. If you have a small local move with no expensive items these guys are priced well

Respectful, and careful with belongings and house alike. And of course, you can't beat their price. I'd recommend these guys to anyone who needs to move.
