β β β β β Excellent! Welcoming, friendly staff who were happy to go out of their way to help. A great atmosphere. Cars were all clean and tidy and the layout made for easy viewing. If you are looking for a new car, I wouldn't hesitate at recommend these guys. THANKS team, I LOVE my new car!

β β β β β Waste of time going here, drove 2 hours to view an "imaculate" low ks evo 5. Had a look over it didn't even bother asking them to unlock it.
Leaking front coilovers, puddle of oil under the motor, sump and filter soaked in oil, front bumper lip very poorly painted, rear bumper paint damage on the left hand side, rust starting on the LR of the roof.
Taking into account they're asking a premium for this car $10k over market value that I was willing to pay if it was as described.

β β β β β I went across the city from south to north but they are too lazy (or arrogant) to even move to car for a test ride. I have never met any sales that wouldn't provide a test ride. And William told me they would like to raise to price later. It seems that they are not interested in making a deal haha ?. Such an good confidence in his sales skill and the car still sitting in their garage, Cool. I am so glad to stop wasting my time and have a better deal with someone else with reasonable price and lower mileage. I even get a test ride on new Yaris GR. Whoops, way better experience.?

β β β β β Definitely regret not reading any reviews about this dealership. Have had issues with the vehicle purchased. Have had the vehicle for about 2 months now and issues still haven't been resolved. Was also told if I wanted the issue fixed to go through my own contacts. Which for a start is not my problem. Buyer beware when purchasing vehicles that have been certified. Do your due diligence to make sure the cert matches the vehicle as these guys and the wof inspector they use will put the blame onto someone else. Even tho the buck stops with the wof inspector

β β β β β From Gordon's very personal customer service to the excellent range of their fleet and great prices. Autospot are amazing! I thought everything was complete after we picked our cars up. The next day their Audio technician called us saying they are going to upgrade the headunit. Forget going anywhere else stop by at Diana drive for a real deal with a real dealership. Thanks Gordon and Reade!

β β β β β Absolutely not impressed with this dealership! I've seen my fair share of dealerships getting away with all sorts of stuff but this one takes the cake. No issues about the car we're made aware to me or my partner before purchase so of course came to a shock when the minute it got of the truck we found issues. Took it to multiple mechanics and multiple reports sent to dealership and 4 months later nothing has been done and more issues are coming. Coil overs are needing replacement, fogging in headlights and now we wanted to check the rear wheel because something didn't sound right but guess what?!?!?! There was no jack or anything to lift the car!! This completely unacceptable!! Do not buy if your not looking to get ripped off.
