★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had our fridge repaired with this company because this is Harvey Norman’s repair depot. We had issues previously with a washing machine repair and they ended up charging us the earth to repair it which was more than what we paid for the machine. And now we get our fridge back repaired but the draws have just been thrown into the fridge and not on their tracks. Didn’t expect anything less from this company after previous experience. Can only credit Harvey Norman as THEY delivered us a loan fridge cause Windress said it would take 3 weeks min to repair. Where’s the customer service. And there’s a ding in the freezer door. ?♀️And their communication is poor. Not a good customer experience at all. ?
