★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible and unprofessional service in particular from Larry at this store . We have never experienced such poor, unhelpful and unprofessional behaviour EVER in a high end store like Chanel . We often always purchase high end products from Louis Vuitton , Gucci etc and have always been treated with respect and excellent service as should be expected for stores of this nature since we are spending a lot of money however the service at this store has completely changed our view on Chanel for the worse . Larry lacked the competency and ability to deal with our issue and proceeded to yell and argue with us in the store to our horror . We have purchased many items from Chanel but this will be the end of our purchases after this experience much to our disappointment . People such as Larry should not be allowed to be in roles dealing with high end clients as he lacked the ability to professionally address what we needed and it is shocking Chanel would allow such to even happen at the expense of losing clientele . Very disappointed customers.
Credit owed to the amazing service from COCO who gave excellent and professional service and would be the only reason we went back to this store . Thanks coco for your great service . Highly recommend dealing with Coco from this store.

Coco was very helpful when picking up a blind buy and she included few other samples as I requested so I can exchange to another if i dont like what I buy. Jisoo went extra mile tracking on my purchase and kept me updated continously. Would definitely visit the store when down in Auckland and thank the beautiful girls in person. Highly recommend?❤️

Even through the short supply of product in the market due to COVID (and no fault of Chanel), they had what I desperately needed and it was no issue holding the stock till I got to them to collect. I was treated wonderfully. I will be back to do all of my beauty and fragrance shopping at their gorgeous CBD boutique
