★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying it today. Got the fried rice and spring rolls for takeaways. Fried rice it’s really good and spring onion in it is def a must-have to me. Filling is well seasoned and moist enough with mince juicy but just a bit too dense to me so it might be helpful to balance the veggies / mince portion in it. Worth a try and will be back. Thanks for the fast service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service and knowledgable staff. I wasn't aware that EVERYTHING is made from scratch and I love that attention to detail. We had some sorbet while waiting for our takeaways and it was incredible!! It's difficult not to over-order at this place. But, no worries, leftovers!! I'll have to return to try out those interesting looking cocktails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised to find these elevated flavours in a small town, this place is Melbourne quality. The chefs deserve a raise, gorgeously delicious food, and Miss blondie (sorry dont know her name) killed it today being the only waiter and cashier in a pretty full house and giving great service with an awesome attitude. Great spot!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food - if you’re near Havelock North and looking for a place to have dinner, Chans Chop House is a MUST! it is popular so book (you can do it online) so you don’t miss out! Try the oxtail dumplings, deep fried eggplant and the beef - melt in your mouth!! Actually everything is good - best get a different dish each and share!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, this place was so much better than expected. Went in with low expectations and came out with the highest recommendation. Wonderful for sharing with family and friends, decent portions (not to mention DELICIOUS) and a cute atmosphere. Will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice place and certainly worth a visit. Although expensive considering this is not fine dinning.
I had chicken sliders 2 for 10$ . Really nice small bite sized and crunchy.
Also had prawn dumpling mixed with mushroom dumplings. Usually six but due to mix 3 of each but still got charged for the higher prawn dumpling. (18$) this was ok.
Lemongrass chicken (27$) was average / smaller portion and with rice white (4$) filling. But on its own not really enough unless one has entrees.
For dessert had sorbet which was home made and tasty but expensive (14$). With green tea (4.5$)
Total bill 77.5$ without any drinks. Thus quite expensive as I would consider this price value to sit in fine dinning range not just any dinning. So it is expensive.
Overall a good experience. Certainly worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice food, forgot to take a snap of my fried chicken but it was yum! Good service. The only issue was it is very loud when a large party is next to you, the 5 of us had to yell to communicate.
