★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aaron was our waiter this afternoon. He is very professional, friendly and observant. Food and drinks arrived fast. Aaron noticed our glasses were empty, he came over to ask if we would like another drink,. without being too intrusive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have just finished eating lunch at off the track, was delicious food and great, fast service. I personally had the fried chicken burger, best burger I have ever had. The waitress we had was great, super nice, funny and quick. The prices are not too bad but you definitely get what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant with impressive amount of veggie and vegan dishes. Able to get a table at short notice on Saturday night not sure that will be the same at level one in the summer. Out side seating with children's play area will make excellent place for late lunch in summer. Staff are friendly and helpful and not pushing for us to have desert or coffee. Menu changes regularly so worth going on the chance you will be able to get something different. I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. We went for lunch around 11:30am. Even though they were hosting a major gathering we were put in a separate area so we weren't disturbed by the event.
Our food and drinks were served in a timely Manner and to a high standard as always. Would definitely go there again.
We went again a few months later and once again excellent service and the food was amazing. Even with the new covid restrictions the whole process was smooth and enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful atmosphere, amazing food! The staff were lovely and made sure we were well looked after. I tried the Lamb Shank for the first time and I was absolutely amazed!! Loved the meal, wonderful experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a large looking box on the outside but when opened it is less than a third full.
This was the kids deal for $16.50 inc a small juice in a bottle 2 thin wedges of orange and a choc freddo frog.
When I did say something to the waitress asking is that usually how it comes? And as a customer just genuinely surprised and disappointed which could of easily been eased by acknowledgement or even an offer of a small bowl of chips (not much to keep the customer happy really)
Instead the girl was quite rude and gave me excuses saying that's how it comes and every other child that orders it seems to be enough for them. To say quite forcefully, you can talk to the manager if you like. (have to say not well handled at all)
I had told her no that's not needed and it was left at that. A minute later she's speaking to the duty manager who is looking over at us. He was on the floor clearing tables and after the kids had finished their meals had still not attempted to check things over offer an acknowledgement or apology.
Ive worked in customer service for many years and it's most important to show consideration towards customers manage complaints tactfully and graciously and sadly this was lacking. More disappointing than the meal was the service.
We have been coming to Off the track many years has always been a fav spot for family and friends but we will sadly not bother after that experience. Was the final straw of declining service over the years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went here tonight. What a lovely service by the manager and staffs. Good customer service ?! 5 stars service ! Food are good, just the tartar sauce not really a good one and the linguine is bland (needed to put a lot of salt). Anyway, u have my 5 stars here.
