I have been to East Auckland BMW to get my timing chain replaced. Aaron - Assistant Manager Service has done a fantastic job.
Mine was a warranty claim from Winger BMW. Honestly I didn't have to make a single phone call to any of the stakeholders. Aaron has done all the coordination for me with Provident insurance, Winger & his technical team to get the job done. Also he was in to detail of assigning the job to the right technician with right skill set. He kept me informed with the repair progress all the time. Also it’s been through a thorough post repair test to make sure everything looks ok. The Car was nicely groomed and everything was perfect after the repair, and has got better acceleration than it was previously.
Aaron was kind enough to offer me a brand new X3 as a loan car until they diagnosed the problem and offered similar during the actual repair duration.
I highly recommended East Auckland BMW among all other famous BMW dealers in Auckland, as most of them are highly money oriented, while East Auckland BMW is more concerned about their customer satisfaction than anything else.

Amazing service from Dave, he takes the time to understand the history of my car, goes over and beyond to find a loan car (brand new MINI) on short notice and is a very relatable individual. Fully transparent pricing, no unexpected charges. Top notch Customer Experience, definitely recommends to all. Kane is also professional in his communications.

He still allowed me to test drive and I had felt no pressure to buy or explain my situation to him unlike other car dealers. If the car is still available in a few weeks, I'd be back to buy it off him
