Went there to check the new Mitsubishi model No one approached us we had to go to customer service desk to as if they can help. the person was not interested at all , short answers with no details Lost a sale for very interested buyer

I am very disappointed with Andrew Simms New Market We bought a brand new Triton in 2019 and in the beginning of 2021 something was wrong with the gear box which needs replacing but the car was put through for its first service and no one picked it up. It shows that they didn’t do a thorough service. I question them about this problem and they denied it saying something must have happened between the time that was served and the then problem. Second time around when my husband was driving a light appears on the dashboard. Again we booked for them to have a look and see what’s wrong. When I rang up yesterday and questioned how expensive the full service was cause it’s a brand new car it had only done just over 10000 or less (can’t remember). and all the faults that has happened was because they sold us a faulty vehicle. This gentleman has the nerve to say someone was playing with the car computer and that caused the fault. For your information no one touched it the only people that touched it was your mechanic when the car was bought in with gearbox licking. I am appalled by this people’s behaviour and I truly think they think they know everything and people like me knows nothing. Well let me bring to your attention that I will take you to fairgo next time something happens to my vehicle cause I truly believe you have sold us a faulty car and needs to be returned. When the car was booked in this gentleman says it’s only gonna be around 4 hours work. When my husband got there he says it’s an overnight job. We didn’t booked a curtesy car thinking we can wait there. My husband had to catch the bus home cause these people didn’t care. Now I had to find a way to get there to pickup my car. When it was their fault selling a faulty car they should accommodate our needs instead all they want is money....full service on a new vehicle cost $800+gst and all they do is change the oil and it’s done. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone as all they want is you pay or else. This is not the first time we have used them. I’d like to know if these people are really interested in people or just their money
