The team I have been dealing with from Haval have been great, however I just went to pick up a new car and a man came out of the Kia side and was rude to me. We had moved a bollard to avoid an accident, because of the way in which they have limited car access, however I got a lecture on rules. Not the way to speak to a customer, this man a poor show fir Andrew Simms.

Barely any contact, barely any updates on when the vehicle is arriving. As a customer having to chase for updates is not acceptable. Do better Kia.

Phenomenal Service from Brett Witheridge and his team at the Service Center. Way too often, service center guys make you feel like they are doing you a huge favour for servicing your car. In fact, my previous service at KIA was like that, hence my apprehension and low expectations this time around. However, despite the added challenges of the Lock-Down and them been really busy – Brett was professional, kind, efficient and just up-standing. That’s really all that a customer needs. And this is not a KIA institutional ethic, as my previous experience with this very same service center was not all that positive – this is a Brett Ethic. So, well done Brett, and thanks for making me want to return to Andrew Simms KIA.

Wish I had read the latest review as I would not have wasted my time going to this dealer in the hope of purchasing a new kia. I understand that people are busy, but there is absolutely NO excuse for not acknowledging customers. Up yours!
