β β β β β Niki and Kelli are the epitome of customer service. I bought my bed from them 6 years ago and recently wanted to change the height of the legs. First off, Niki remembered me over the phone, not just the typical βoh yes, I rememberβ convo but β you bought the Milano 4β - Kelli recognised my face (even with a mask on!) the second I walked through the door! - what is this bed-based witchery!?
Not only have they solved my bed leg problem, they have trusted me to take a couple of sets and return the incorrect ones for no charge whatsoever.
Please believe me when I say it has been a loooong time since I have experienced customer service so good. These ladies treat you right so they can build their reputation of trust and integrity. They should therefore have the business of you, your family and friends for life. They want to get you into the right bed and once they have, they look after you for what seems like forever.

β β β β β Amazing service from Nikki sorting out my Sons new bed great knowledge and sold us exactly what we needed. We brought his 1st bed 10 years ago from here and now as an almost teenager he has a new bed to cover his teenage years :) He loves his new bed.

β β β β β Like so many other reviewers - yes the service from Kelli & Niki is absolutely wonderful. They know about beds and giving time and information to help make the decision. Came in for a foam mattress, which they don't have and was so impressed we ended up replacing two old mattresses and pillows with ones we are very happy with for comfort and price. Delivery guys real good as well.

β β β β β My wife and I have very different requirements and preferences when it comes to a mattress. This has always made it extremely difficult for us to sleep on the same mattress.
Niki and Kelli were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help us to find a solution. With their experience and knowledge of everything surrounding sleep and mattresses, we were able to find the perfect match that suited my wife and I.
Their aim was not just to sell us a mattress, but to find the best option that suited our needs.

β β β β β I would absolutely 100% recommend Dream beds to anyone who is looking for a new bed. We came in over a busy Easter weekend looking for x2 new beds for a daughter's and the ladies treated our kids with such respect and made them feel welcome and at ease whilst choosing a bed. We will most definitely be back for our next purchase.

β β β β β Absolutely incredible experience, These ladies are so friendly, funny and lovely to deal with. Kelli helped me figure out what would suit me best, and was so happy to do so. Excellent follow up service from Niki regarding delivery, and if I was happy etc. delivery guys were so friendly and happy to get my new bed up stairs with no issues. I will be sending EVERYONE I know to Dream Beds Botany, thankyou guys so much!!!
