★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love their service. Every time i go there, it's always same pleasant one that i received the last time. Love their original but the spicy chicken sometimes get little too spicy for me haha. I didn't like the popcorn chicken though, its a bit chewy. Beef burger is the second best after Burgerfuel. I guess they can shorten the wait time by precooking a bit more menu items but i get that it'll affect their quality. So I'm happy to wait. Keep up the quality and great service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there last night and I had a great experience. The order taker was very friendly and courteous. Took my order and told me it would be a 10-15 minute wait. I got my food within 15 minutes. I had ordered the Value choice meal spicy. It was a fantastic meal. The chicken strips were spicy, crispy and still juicy. The burger was huge and the portion of fries were large as well. The potato and gravy was delicious. Thanks for a great meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inside is nice and clean but entrance door needs to be closed to warm up the place. Friendly staff. Regular chicken is very plain in taste and chicken meat itself has strange taste to it. Some of the bigger pieces are RAW near the bone! For the price get KFC!!! Chicken from takeaways taste better.

I don’t know, I don’t regularly get take outs, so may be I don’t know what’s going on these days, but I definitely know if you go to Maccas you can get a nice burger not just a burger but a meal with the bonus of good customer service for this price.
I’d like to state the customer service I receive from the Chicking - Glen Eden was average & this is what I received for the money I paid (btw I ordered 2 of these) so pretty much the money I spent to enjoy a nice take out was all wasted, if I’ve checked the burgers before I leave I could have showed this to the staff, but it was too late. I mean who would have imagined a burger like this after all? No cheese, you can count how many pieces of lettuce & onions in the burger, you don’t say what’s inside the burger on the menu, it only says the name of the burger. Anyways good luck to your business, I wonder how long you’re going to survive with the way you treat customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been customer with this place & their food was always good. However, yesterday the chicken has black thing all over it & some of it was also not cooked well - kind of leaky. I sent pictures to the Manager as request but he said it's bone marrow & the food is actually cooked. why would bone marrow will be all over the chicken & how is that possible when it looks like a charcoal & that is not only one chicken.4 of them not cooked & 5 of them has the black things all over. The sad Part is the Manager didn't even took it seriously. No more for me this establishment.
