★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime we go there at least one item is missed out at the drive through. Last time it was a 6pack of chicken nuggets, time before that a double cheese burger and so on.. Unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I guess the quality of the food depends on the staff working at the time you visit ?♀️ its never consistently the best you may be lucky to catch them on a good day and get quality food otherwise if you enjoy cold stale and more than likely not what you ordered..then this is the place for you lol too many complications I now go to Railside Ave. Same distance better quality food. Sorry Kelston..needs some work on consistency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through Ubereats, "you choose family pack". Items were missing. When contacted the store, it went through after 4 calls. The staff took my contact details, saying that the manager will call me regarding the issue.
Was supposed to be our dinner for 4, it's been almost 2 hours and no calls yet.
Very poor service??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I come here, it's like a lucky dip! I just don't know what I'm going to get. Sometimes they "forget" to put my fries or hashbrown in the bag, other times they mess up the order.
Like today. I asked for a mozzarella burger and a big mac. I drove away full of confidence because the girl seemed competent. What I got was a quarter pounder and a spicy chicken burger. WTAH? The store is too far to go back, so we just had to eat what we were given

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager working Friday morning around 6.30am rude. skinny Indian woman.I Knocked on the door as it was locked. She gestured to me drive through and turned her back on me. I knocked on door to get her attention again as the sign said opens 6am and i had a truck so couldn't go through drive through and i just wanted to communicate with her but she completely ignored me. So rude like, just talk to me woman sheesh.

Some staff servers offer exceptional public service with a smile, are 'present' with their customer and are able 'to read' the customer very well, anticipating needs, offering small sometimes essential variations to meal choices if their customer is young, elderly, or just plain unsure. NOTE: Not ALL servers at this location have acquired this high level of public relations and service only a select few in the time that I have being a patron at this location. Always room for improvement in customer relations and service. Keep up the good work. Patronage: Over 10+ years
