★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9th of Jan, 2021 was the first visit from Chorus. I did not like their service so I raised it with the service provider (Skinny). Skinny has been back and forth 20 plus time via email during this time. But not once had there been an attempt from Chorus authorities to cross check on the complaint lodged. I am not sure what the process is at Chorus to resolve complaints, is there a team or follow up session or there is no such thing called conflict resolution in your CS. It's been a month exactly and I am still waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FIBRE IS A HAVE! Yes, it is marginally faster than VDSL. It still sufferes from slow feeds when demand like wet weekend and every ones into Netflix etc..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chorus have no idea on fibre connections. I have been on fibre for over 3 years and their staff call to say they here to arrange connection? but then proceed to disconnect. After 10 days still waiting to be reconnected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chorus don't respect people's time at all! They were supposed to come in to install a fiber connection for us between 8am -12pm, however no one showed up!!! We waited for all morning, and called them to check what was happening, It took us two hours to finally speak to someone who was absolutely not helpful.. We ended up calling Skinny (another long wait on the line) and learned that the technician was not coming because of Covid.. We got it, however, they could easily give us a warning about this.. No apolgies, no contact, no respect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team in charge of our tricky installation were fantastic, patient with the neighbor when she objected to the install and helped to get the best solutions. The job done is very good and the outside ditch they dug has been covered and now you wouldn't even know they had been there.
