β β β β β Terrible customer service. Do not waste your time going into the store. All they ever say is to call customer service, and when I spoke to customer service they said the store could have helped me. Why have stores when you employee's don't know what to do. Train your staff better, it is such an incredible waste of time.

β β β β β Super bad user experience. I switching from spark to 2 degrees mobile but didn't get successful after 24 hours.Then come to the branch, four times after that but never fixed my problems. The only thing they did is just re-try without getting to know why it fails. It have been 5 days since I'm asking for switch the provider and I cannot do anything during the period (can't make phone call, can't use Internet...). Even now it's still not fixed after I paid the prepay plan for 5 days!!!!!!!

β β β β β Extremely disappointed with the encounter I had today. The second I was greeted with an awful arrogant attitude by a gentleman with blue hair. Who treated me with such disrespect over a task which was suppose to be very simple and a job Iβd been told to see them about by the 2 degrees helpline directly. He then proceeded to humiliate me in front of his colleague about the process I had been told to follow up with them and they made me out to be stupid and pathetic. I couldnβt even stand to drop off a box and leave they made me feel so uncomfortable so I took the box and have headed to Newmarket where their service was so genuine. What a disappointment. My suggestion, go to any other store. And avoid this one 100%

β β β β β I have to say I'm more than a little disappointed with the service I received today. I went into the store today fully intending to purchase a new phone. The service I received was cold and unfriendly and I left without spending anything. The staff were unwilling to help find a solution to my request, instead they just brushed me off without offering any form of service. I still intend on getting a new phone, just not from this store. Maybe another location will be easier to work with? I'm hoping anyway...

β β β β β I recently bought iphone 13 pro max from queen street branch ..from customer representative alex and akbar.. im impressed with the way they provided me with their excellent serviceβ¦ as i had a really bad experience with two degree sylvia branchβ¦i was really amazed with the way alex trade in my old phone and gave me many benefitsβ¦ thanks alot
