★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called late at 10pm needing a room for myself and my 7yo son.
Very friendly young man answered on reception and a simple process ensued.
We arrived a few minutes later and were greeted in a very friendly manner.
Easy getting sorted at reception and a really interesting looking place to stay. Very clean.
5 stars, thanks very much. Highly recommended and a very good price to boot. $120.
We would definitely stay again. Thanks to the guy at reception too ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff, the food was nice but the room was awfull, carpet was digusting mirror was filthy and the bath had chips in it, also tv had line in the middle of screen, and no hot water in the shower .not a place i will be booking again for my next visit to christchurch .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve stayed here for two nights in December. It was a very warm welcome from the Reception and stuff. Hotel has nice facilities, like a gym and sauna, as well as a pool (non-heated though). However, rooms are very outdated and old; very dark and dirty. Beds were extremely uncomfortable; we couldn’t sleep at all as pillows and mattress were just so awful. Overall okay experience, but good priced.

The beds were luxurious, the staff helpful & attentive.
What more could you ask for. I will definitely stay here again.

The pool, location, and chilled vibe were my highlights.
I was impressed by the variety of delicious food available, all in walking distance .
A big thanks to the kind , hardworking and warm cleaning team. Your quiet, quick and coordinated team were impressive to see. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stained carpets, place smelled damp, fridge was probably 40 years old and sounded like a tractor idling all night. Decor dated and shabby (I understand the place is tudor themed but there's good dated and bad dated and this was bad). First room they gave me hadn't been serviced since the last person stayed - bed was unmade and dirty dishes everywhere. Would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The unit was clean and tidy. The bed was amazing. The breakfast and evening meals delivered to out unit were yummy and arrived in a very reasonable time, still piping hot. We ordered 1 breakfast and I asked for two plates so we could share, the chef placed it on two plates for us. Very cool. We will stay there again.
