★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a watch that constantly stops/starts and never tells the right time, sent in for repair to be told a month later they cant repair it, request a replacement and after waiting another month they tell me they dont make that watch anymore, and refused to give a refund under the consumers guarantee act...
Yet I was refused and accused of breaking it myself to get a refund, stating that people buy jewelry all the time with the intention of impressing people and returning it the next day.
