Neville Jordan has been a manufacturing jeweller for 40 years and is skilled in all aspects of jewellery repairs. As a certified GAA diamond grader, Neville can create jewellery specific to your individual needs using highly specialised CAD technology where you can see a computerised image of how the finished product will look before he manufactures it. He is passionate about producing competitively priced inspirational pieces using the highest standards of workmanship and has a retail showroom and manufacturing premises combined in the same Manukau, South Auckland location, with six fully equipped jewellery workbenches where his team is able to handle all aspects of jewellery repair work on-site. We do ring resizings and gold or silver chain repairs too and we can resize your ring in the same day if it is needed urgently. Gold Card holders get 20% discount on all repairs, please just show us your SuperGold Card when requesting your repair.Neville is always watchful of overseas trends and works closely with his clients to translate their ideas into unique and exciting pieces. β β β β β I needed a stone replaced in my ring so popped in and saw Neville and team. Was quoted and accepted the price which included a polish of a bracelet and another ring. When I called to collect was advised price was cheaper than quote as work required didnt take as long. Rare to find that kind of honesty these days and the reason I would recommend to all. Customer service also excellent!

We had an idea of what my wife wanted so we got a few examples and showed Neville. The process was quick and easy. The friendly and polite manner of Neville and Jan were second to none. Neville created a master piece for my wife who was over the moon! Not only was the final product wonderful but I loved the fact that Neville and Jan were in constant contact with us throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend to whoever is after a product they will cherish forever.

β β β β β For many years I wanted to have a couple of rings remodelled, someone I know recommended Neville Jordan Jewellers.
Eventually I made an appointment with Neville to discuss what I wanted and what he thought could be achieved, he promptly provided a quote which I excepted.
The phone call came and Jan said my ring was ready, I was a little apprehensive hoping it all had gone according to plan.
I arrived to pickup my ring, I mentioned to Neville feeling a little nervous he replied thereβs no need to be - he was so right!
I was totally blown away my ring was absolutely perfect, Neville totally exceeded my expectations and created such a unique and stunning piece - thank you so much your workmanship is exceptional.
Iβm so pleased I will be back to have another piece created, you both made this experience simple and enjoyable.

β β β β β The thought of purchasing an engagement ring was the single scariest aspect of proposing to my now fiance. I wanted it to be perfect, but I needed expert guidance and I didn't want to get ripped off. Fortunately, my future mother in law has been going to Neville for years (swears by his work) and she told me it was definitely where I needed to start. So I gave them a call and he was able to see me the same day.
He told me everything I need to know about diamonds and laid out all my different options. After the meeting we communicated by email as he made drawings and changes to the ring. He was prompt with all his replies and got the ring finished in a very timely fashion.
When I went to pick up the ring I was nervous as I just didn't know what to expect. But when he showed me the ring for the first time I knew straight away I had made a great decision. It was absolutely perfect and my fiance (and everyone else) is still blown away with how beautiful the ring is. Also, based on the appraisal given to me by my ring insurer, he gave not only tremendous service and quality, but unbelievable value for the money.
I never write reviews in general, and certainly not ones this thorough. But I sincerely appreciate the work Neville did and I hope anyone looking for an engagement ring will seriously consider giving Neville a try. Thanks again!
