★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always like browsing and, of course, buying that something special .. Although they have a good compliment of staff, it is a busy store so be prepared to wait for a bit or pick a quieter time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good variety and prices here but staff did not seem genuine, also not very helpful apart from one nice Asian lady who tried to help us, others were standing around just staring at customers or talking amongst themselves so we looked at other places in the mall and purchased elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager needs an attitude check, she spoke to me AND her coworker with so much disrespect. The man serving me was lovely, however she interrupted us and I could tell she had made an assumption based off the way I looked. I was prepared to purchase a $700 bracelet however left feeling very uncomfortable. She needs to treat her staff better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is very bad.Today I have come to the store with a friend and the salesperson was very arrogant.I told him the name of the brand I was looking for and he was like we don’t keep such bad brands in this store.I showed him that your online store shows that brand watches.So I asked him that I was looking to buy a male watch.But still he was not so interested to show us the watches and simply pointed at the watches.After that , I saw him talking with other customer that looked similar to his ethnicity and he was behaving very politely and speaking gently with them. I guess New Zealand is a multicultural country and the people especially working as salesperson need to understand that you will see people of different ethnicities at your store.So please learn to behave equally with everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good products. staff was very helpful. Bought a watch as a gift. Good quality genuine watch. However, I did not like their policy of returns and replace. I did get a gift card warranty though. (Something is better than nothing)
So buy stuff only if you like it and not having second thoughts about your purchase. Here are the pics of my purchase.
