★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a haircut here and I guess I was just lucky. I get what the other reviewers are saying, the place doesn’t come over as very professional and customer oriented, but then again what do you expect from a shopping mall-hairdresser?
Anyhow, I got a seat within 20 minutes on a busy afternoon (walked in, asked a timeframe, came back in 20). Dèsirèe knew exactly what I was after and got straight to business. We had a lovely chat during the haircut, she took her time and it only cost me $35 while I have extremely thick hair. My hair has a will of it’s own, but haircuts don’t come straighter than the one I’ve had, with a perfect little layer to prevent mushroom-head.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice ppl but..... very rough with a lot of hair pulling. Blunt scissors. The jar with the liquid where they keep the combs have hair in it. A lot of it. Gross. Clippers on the table had bits of hair still stuck on them. Makes you wonder how often they clean their equipment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Never have I been less impressed. My kid was, rightly, upset when she left with what can only be described as a total botch job that looks like she did it herself... she's 10.
Totally unprofessional when I pointed out that the haircut that was done was NOTHING like the photo I showed them that my daughter wanted.
Never go here unless you WANT to be disappointed. This is SO bad I'm considering actually asking for my money back. EVERY ONE STAR REVIEW SHOULD BE TAKEN NOTICE OF. SHAMEFUL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service and rudeness I have ever witnessed.
I went in for just 2cm trim. They Charged $35. Had me standing for majority of the cut even though I have a broken leg. The actual haircut is Horrible and uneven.
But this is the worst part....
Comments I received from the hairdresser....
"Your hair looks like a wig"
"It looks so bad"
"You should regret getting your hair straightned"
"Adults are not supposed to have dandruff or knots in their hair"
"Do you even comb your hair"
"Eww you need to seriously get your dandruff sorted it's horrible and adults shouldn't have it,
Shampoo your hair 4x atleast god"
I've never felt so embarrassed and disappointed by someone in a customer service role.
Just a question, if adults don't get dandruff then why do we have products made like head and shoulders? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ alright so a couple things to say about this place. I got a trim and layering, the hair cut wasn't that bad but the lady that did it was quite rude and unhelpful. For example multiple times during the process she told me my hair was dry and so I asked for a product she could recommend but she remained silent even though I repeated the question multiple times. although she had no issue hearing other things.
2. the place was really dirty. there were clippings all over the table, that I was at, there was hair all over the floor, and the people who i assume were supposed to be cleaning were on their phones. the hair brushes also had hair in them which leads me on to my last point.
3. Honestly I'm a little afraid this place gave me knits. My head has been itchy ever since I left.
would not recommend because even though I like my hair she took WAY more than intended off and was overall sloppy with her work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a walk in hair cut yesterday, I was very happy to get in right away, the Indian lady was great, she tidied my hair up as it was pretty straggley, had been 6months or so since my last cut. She listened and did exactly what I wanted, she was friendly as well. Also the cut was super cheap at $35 ?? thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I went in here tonight and said not too much, and indicated about an inch off with my fingers. I did not expect to walk out so disgusted that I am now considering either shaving my head or getting extensions as it is awful. 5-6 inches off is not a trim. My hair was down to the base of my back and is now shoulder length. The south african woman with golden hair laughed at me when I made a comment saying "its still long!" like yeah no its not at all what I asked for, and she laughed throughout saying "Your hair is so long i flicked it in your eye"
Not only that but she closed the shop early, at 6pm on Thursday late night and I heard her meeting up with the other hair dresser who left before this. Other customers came in during my cut and she refused them saying she was "fully booked". When I tried to go back and say something the place was already closed.
And it doesn't end there, they quoted me around 70 initially but charged me 110 for a god awful bowl cut and laughed in my face when I was shocked about it. Wish I had have read these reviews before I went. 0 stars
