โ โ โ โ โ Excellent gym. Only issue is that people training there will sleep on a machine, we get that you pay to use the machine but so do all the other members coming in. Be considerate and dont take all day on a bench, do your sets then go. They will be scrolling instagram all day while doing 10 sets
Edit: reduced rating for two reasons. A/C never works (everyone is sweaty and disgusting), equipment is either faulty or has the adjustment clips removed. overall this gym is a massive down grade from les mills, yeah its cheaper but what is the point of paying 7 dollars if you cant have a proper exercise (which isnt an issue with les mills)

On the first place, no one on the front desk said that we have to get a 24 hour access and guest can't come after hours, because of that our weekend training got wasted. On top of that, today I came in to get my 24 hour access then they unable to do it because I was the guest in their books, I requested them if they can switch me as the prime member and my partner as a guest, even they can't do that. They want us to cancel the membership and then redo it again with the another joining fee on top. Masters of RIP-OFF!

That was actually my call to join this gym, but one after another my experience with them was extremely bad.
I'm too a manager and in a customer facing,
but these guys are setting up a wrong example for "after sales" customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ Worth gym for training! Sick of people using bench to be on the phones, some people think they own the machines, no respect for others.
Worth then that is the booking systems, I've booked for 17:15 and i got there around 17:30 but no parking spots so i had to spend over 10 minutes to find an spots but i lost my booking and been told to stay in the queue !
Canceled my membership o spots. I'm happy to pay more for right gym and Professional.
