★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our 14 months here. The experience here is okay. It is medium size indoor playground. There is a cafe and seating area for parents while kids play. Only pay for kids, parents as a supervisor are free. There is area for kids from 1 to 3 and rest is for older kids. Free Wi-Fi available. Few parking spots. Cafe is available inside but expensive and they don't allow outside food. Can get really hot in there during summer days as no air-conditioning only fans which runs on slower speed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going with kids for years, this place just becomes worse, the owner is rude and have a sad face ALL THE TIME, he does not allow you to even have snacks for the little ones, he once told me : "you can't bring food from outside" but it was just a banana and a yogurt for my one year old, their food is over priced and not good, their icecreams and ice bars are very very old. they once had a candy floss machine, they charged $6 each, and the lady does not even know how to do it, she failed so many times and wasted us so much time, and didn't end up give a proper one..truly didn't understand...... mostly, not a fan of the owner, he can just smile, but it looks too difficult for him,, sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very expensive for the quality and experience I wouldn’t recommend it. Took my two years and 4 year old today. The toilets were dirty, a lot of things broken some even held together with packing tape. There was water on the floor in the main playing area that looks like it drips from the roof each night but no one cleaned it up and had no hazard signs up to warn people. Cafe on site but again very expensive. We won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend it

I’m my own opinion, admissions for over 3’s is beyond me. I’d better leave it there. As for the tidiness, for the most part everything was okay to the eye but minor details here and there I felt could have been tended to. All in all, an okay place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't think they care about the adult experience despite charging high prices. So many many rules, access is difficult and manager is unfriendly.
About 70% of the space, adults can't wear shoes or take their pram or food or drinks. I had expensive belongings in the pram but the lady insisted I leave it in the Cafe which I couldn't see when looking after the kids. I also had to carry the pram up a flight of stairs as I couldn't figure out how to get the lift working.
After 30 minutes both my girls were screaming and they wanted to leave. They were much happier at st Luke's running around. $40 not well spent. Crystal Mountain is better in every single way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here when it just opened, so the place was pretty empty. Equipment is ok, nothing exciting and very limited range. That inflatable dome looks like it's going to implode on itself, so watch your kids. Parking is limited, as most of them are City Fitness parks. It's very pricey for the value you get. Free WiFi though

Of years ago) but most of it is still fun for toddlers. This place could be amazing it has everything going for it but last few visits it hasn’t been great.
