★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast delivery... But the picture of the item I bought was EXTREMELY misleading. My fault for not reading the full description, but I'd definitely not have paid the price I did if I knew the other items weren't included.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this shop. Nice to see a few different brands etc. Keep up the good work please. BUT some items are online only. I wanted to view Bruder vehicles before I ordered. Maybe stock one or two instore just for quality checking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great range of... well... everything toy related. Literally the only things that could use improvement is maybe lighting in the store and a little more pep from the staff. Not that the staff are bad but they don't go that extra mile to sell product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toyco used to be my favorite toy shop that I paid a visit at least once a week. Loved their free shipping over $100 service. But now, they don't this anymore...A bit disappointed but fine, I thought could still use click and collect. Now they charge extra for collect and click service as well!! My last visiting experience wasn't good. Went to shop and found the shelf was sooo empty, got told to use click and collect online because they have the stock in their warehouse but not in the store.... - - guess they are trying their best to make customer pay more. Every since that, I stopped going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been a loyal customer with Toyco for about 5 plus years. And recently , we found they don't offer free shipping over $100. That's fine, we can click and collect. And they start to charge you for click and collect as well!!!
Their shop shelf was very empty in our last visit, and they intetionly put a lot of stuff online now, and you have to either pay their shipping fee, or click and collect fee, one way or another. A lot of items used to be in store are now all online only. We feel we have been set-up and we decided not to support this local store anymore. Plus, their biggest competitor don't charge collection fees.
