★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best service ever. Very professional, very helpful. Bought a used oven thermostat that was faulty. Took it back after six months and got a brand new one. They gave me the used one discount for what I bought it. These guys rock!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly disappointed with my experience. I got a great package and was happy to begin with. Within 2 weeks I two of the three items purchased were returned for fixing. Now 1 month on the drier has had to have been replaced. All of which I understood and it was under warranty.
Until I had to chase up when we were going to get a new drier that worked. I was given a time frame of 2 days, 4 days later I phoned and then got a very irate return call from the dad/eletrician/delivery guy yelling at me telling me I wasn't the only customer, that they'd lost money on this sale, who am I to chase them up etc. Absolutely disgusting service. I paid for a product and I didnt have it they did!
I have always been to Clarks as have my parents back when the previous owner Les had it, and they have always had a great name throughout West Auckland. I personally however will never return nor will I recommend them to anyone after this!

Firstly, I'm sorry I just gave 2 stars without comment. It's not fair and was not intended to giving you a bad rate. My apology.
I only been there once and haven't received any repair nor service. Only rated as the price I felt was expensive for secondhand products.
The shop was a bit difficult to find though I liked the flowers outside the shop, and inside was pretty tidy so easy to look around.
In the future, I may be visiting there again, and if I receive service then will definitely update the rate.
For now, to be fair, I have changed my rating to 3 stars.

The plants are also amazing and adrian really knows how to grown and look after them as they are so healthy and beautiful. Thanks to him I know how and when to water my succulents. Beautiful shop and very worth a visit. Adrian seems passionate about recycling and not selling cheap rubbish love his attitude as the world seems to be filling up with cheap made rubbish.
