★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is my regular and go - to for my supplements, and I have always been offered great help and advice. However after today it may be my regular no longer.
I received no greeting upon walking in, and was immediately followed to the products I wanted to look at, being blatantly and unapologetically watched in silence by the employee. The first thing said to me was the prices of two different sizes of the same product - almost in the suggestion that I would have financial difficulty in paying for them. Upon asking for flavour advice they said they had not tried the product before so couldn't help - even still, some guidance would have been sufficient as I am under the assumption they would have a broad sense of supplement knowledge in such a job.
Overall not a comfortable experience or one that I have become accustomed to in this particular store. I have had shop experiences like this in the past and my tolerance of it is nil. I am sure this will be as disappointing to hear as it is for me to inform you of it, however I may just shop online or take my business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in this supplement store, better selection than the Chemist Warehouse (Henderson). Upon arriving, I wasn't sure if it was a store or just a warehouse - but was welcomed in from a young lady who also helped me find what I was looking for -> As an ex-mystery shopper, it ticked well against the criteria I would assess against.
Will be stopping by again after 73 servings :P

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just want to send a shot out to the lovely staff working in the Henderson store. Went in with a friend last Sunday afternoon hoping for a little education and a potential purchase. We were delighted to find how down to Earth, honest and knowledgeable the staff are.
Absolutely fantastic. Have now made my online order based on their suggestions in store. My friend ended up with a good armful of goodies based on their recommendations.

I was looking for a couple of products, hard to find in store, she literally, after my messenger message, went above & beyond to look for my products, found them and told the store to keep aside for me! The lady that was working acknowledge us and asked if we needed any help. Would deff shop here again for top ups when running low.
