β β β β β My 7 year old child and I came into your store today and asked to get him a mullet which he really wanted. The staff were very rude about this and said that he would not look good with one and it would make his head look huge. Also a big bulge in the side of his head would apparently be obvious (one i had never noticed before) We left your store and went to 3 other hair salons in Richmond, they all said that it would look good and there was nothing wrong with it. He was very hurt by the comments that were made and it was extremely rude and totally unexpetable to say it in front of him and just say it in general. We finally got his much wanted mullet cut at cuts at once in the Richmond mall. He walked out with a big smile and absolutely loves it! and thatβs all that matters. So i donβt recommend going to clear cuts for any hair cut, because of the manager (Chin) and another staff members outrageous attitude and comments made against my son.

β β β β β I've been going to Clear Cuts for many years. Chin & Kasey look after me very well. They are caring stylists who listen and give excellent advice. I love my hair colour and my foils look natural - which is what I asked for. I'm very happy going to Clear Cuts.

β β β β β Clear cuts is a wonderful experience. I always feel relaxed in a friendly environment and the wonderful ladies there are dedicated to providing a highly professional service and care. Chin is an amazing stylist with a passion for creativity and Kelsey always goes the extra mile and finishes my girls cuts with a style up. Attention to detail here is wonderful, I highly recommend Clear Cuts.

β β β β β Walked out 10 minutes after my appointment time when there was no estimate given of how long the wait would be. In Covid level 2, neither staff nor customers were wearing face masks. 2 large families were seated in the small waiting area. Way too crowded to not be following legal Covid regulations.

β β β β β I've been seeing Chin now for over 2 plus years and this review is well overdue. Chin is a very professional and caring stylist with great advice. I trust her explicitly as her knowledge is vast. Love the cuts and colors everytime. Jack my youngest child is now getting
his hair done by Kasey. He is autistic and being secure and safe is important. He is now telling me when he needs a cut as he enjoys chatting about gaming with Kasey. All in all I would highly recommend Clear Cuts Hair Design. Thanks Chin and Kasey

β β β β β Visited for my haircut - The old asian lady was really rude. She seems very arrogant about her knowledge of hair and services. Not recommended for someone who is looking for a professional suggestion in a nice friendly manner.

β β β β β I always enjoy getting my hair cut and coloured by Chin. The salon has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the staff are always welcoming. They are very accommodating and priced very reasonably.
I also get my daughters hair cut here and I find they are very good with children and relate well to them. They pitch the conversation to their level and what the children are comfortable with. Very much recommend Clear Cuts
