★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife’s wedding ring got damaged quite badly I took it to rocks and dealt with Sarah she did a fabulous repair job you could not tell it was ever damaged. I highly recommend to go to rocks for any jewelry work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took some scrap jewelry in here to be tested for the purposes of selling it in store. I was told that they charged for testing. A simple process which takes seconds. Furthermore, unbelievably the vendor then purported the scrap gold price to be a whopping $20 under the current market scrap value for 9ct per gram. Stating in a ponderous way as if she was actually trying to recall the current market price when she knew full well and was simply trying to rip me off.
For your information the current market price for 9ct scrap gold as today is $29.80 not $10 : )

My fiancé and I had searched far and wide for some designs we liked to no avail. We popped into Rocs in Richmond on the off chance and saw a design we both loved but wasn't quite right.
We visited the shop a couple of times to get something similar tailored to our own ideas. The staff were attentive and helpful in every way.
From ordering in the gold we wanted to finding a sapphire of our favourite colours and making it work with a beautiful final design. The whole experience was enjoyable and exciting and at very reasonable cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rocs made our beautiful wedding bands and I wouldn't change a thing. We visited a couple of times before discussing a final design. We wanted plain but unique gold bands and they turned out perfectly.
Brett and Sarah were very helpful and friendly throughout the process. My engagement ring (brought from a jewellery chain store) had a fault in it due to poor workmanship; Brett looked in to this then also fixed this free of charge when the other store we purchased it off was not accommodating or willing to fix the problem.
I highly recommend Rocs to anyone wanting top quality handmade jewellery and great service.
