★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been having my nails done by Hang for over 4 years and can honestly say they do an excellant job. I believe they are the best at what they do. The staff are always friendly and polite and it is a real pleasure to go to Diamond nails to relax and have my nails done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not an enjoyable experience at all, I took photos to share but I can’t on here. The lady was SO aggressive with cutting my cuticles which made it uncomfortable but she actually cut the skin and made 2 of my fingers bleed, both of which are now very inflamed and itchy. They painted the top clear coat on top of my blood so now there is blood permanently in my nail polish and missed half of my thumb so now it is completely uneven. I left the store with 2 big plasters on my fingers. Honestly not an experience I should have had to pay $50 for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my daughter and myself there to get our nails done and was treated really badly especially my daughter who was looking forward to getting her nails done for her to only get treated poorly, talked to rudely, yelled at for not understanding what she was saying, her hand yanked/pulled because she wasn’t moving fast enough, nail polish over her finger nails and on her fingers and just did an all round messy job like she just didn’t care at all, was it because she was 9? I was willing to pay top dollar for a good job! Because I’d rather a good job done than some messy botch up because she is a kid??
I then later went to go and get my nails done elsewhere and was told they didn’t do it properly at all and the polish must be poor quality without me not even bringing up our experience. The gel nail polish just peeled off straight away and the coating was too thin therefore didn’t last very long. SUPER disappointing and definitely will never go back there as I usually like to give businesses a second chance but when it comes to my daughter or treating kids badly that’s a no go for me ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how all these people had a good experience. Rough on my fingers, nails horribly shaped and off centered. I do a better job at home with no qualifications. I highly suggest to go elsewhere. Biggest waste of $78, extremely over priced for low quality nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having my regular manicure today with the excellent staff at Diamond Nails.
A woman barged in and immediately demanded a refund. She did not identify herself she just ranted on before asking for the owner. She was just awful. Reminded me of one of those fake TV rants.
After she left the staff were very sorry for the upset.
I don't understand why this women acted the way she did, she was so rude and abusive
I felt sorry for the staff, they are always so nice
