★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely proprietors. Rooms are spacious and so so clean. Shower is great. Bed is comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if need be in Tokoroa. Within walking distance of town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another great Tokoroa Motel. Again, a one night stay due to contract work.Very clean and tidy with obvious modern improvements. Warm and relatively quiet.
The baking aromas from the managers residence were tantalising and mouth watering.

Minimal kitchen.
Stained couch.
Very blunt and Direct lady motelier.
Stayed here a few years ago and the price has definitely gone up.
Last time I recall it was priced well and the room was a lot better.
Gets cold and tokoroa and no electric blankets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given the nightly rate and lovely photos I expected more. Very minimal kitchen (4 spoons, 2 forks, one knife...!!!) The couch was so stained I couldn't bring myself to sit on it, and the pillows were so flat I had to use 3. It wouldn't take much to bring things up to standard. Hopefully they read their reviews :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a clean, tidy place. Our rooms were really nice. Sperate room for our daughter, ample space for us all and great heating as it was very cold outside, good sized kitchen with everything you need. Will stay again next time I'm back in Tokoroa. Lovely people running the place, very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 10.10am we were approached by some arrogant person out front to tell us did we not no it was 10am check out We stay in motel through out NZ. This one would be 5star for the most unfriendly. NEVER AGAIN. Have a lot to learn about hospitality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Motels nice owners arnt, get a life Ann. How many workers have left because of u . We just all feel sorry for mark . God he must be desperate. And the meals are brought from the local roast shop then heated up by owners pretending they cooked it themselves. Definitely not worth the rip of price . And when U leave the owners talk about u behind Ur back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice to deal with Anne and Peter I think the name is, everything was so comfortable in every way, awesome units, I normally stay in Hamilton to break a trip but Clifton court is my new place now. I love the cat there!
