His knowledge of the property market has been extremely useful and he is able to explain the details of contracts that sound like gibberish to us into understandable terms. We have found when working with teams of agents there can be miscommunication but
with Conor he was attentive and always contactable for advice. He kept us fully informed through every step of the process. When helping us find our next home he searched far and wide. We had very particular needs for this home. Conor stuck to them and found lots of options that ticked every box. It was great to be able to choose between homes that had exactly what we wanted rather than just the odd one that met our needs (and now we have our dream home!). I was highly impressed with the professional level of service, the marketing of our home had all the bells and whistles at a very reasonable price. The listing agent of the property was unavailable and I contacted Conor and within two hours I was viewing the property - keeping in mind this was in the middle of a COVID lock down makes this feat even more amazing. He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process - going above and beyond what I expected. When it came to auction day - Conor had to attend on our behalf due to COVID - we felt so comfortable leaving it in his hands - and at the end of the day we had a GREAT outcome! I would not hesitate to recommend Conor to anyone! Thanks again for all your hard work mate!
