My partner and I bought a Golf wagon from Bella in January and it’s been amazing! Car still feels brand new despite being a 2010.
The buying process was really easy, and there was never any pressure from the team to buy, nor any concern about letting us go for a test drive for as long as we felt necessary (we both test drove on two separate occasions as well).
Would definitely be looking again if we’re ever in the market for a new car ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the most disgusting customer service ever from the rep Allison! She had a bad attitude from the beginning of the phone call because I was looking for information in regard to warranty on the battery on my car not 7 months old (purchased February 2021). I had been advised by pitstop of a quote to replace and they told me that whoever phenomenal cars had got to install the battery in 2020 had used the cheapest battery that didn’t even work properly with the istop feature in the car. After getting in touch with Allison, who I had been told to contact by another rep Bella, Allison was rude and standoffish from the beginning. I asked what had happened to the phenomenal cars in Hamilton (as it had shut down) and she told me that I was prying- that’s personal business and that Obviously it was from COVID. Which I didn’t actually know, which is why I asked where the company had gone whom I brought my car off!? That is not personal information.
I would advise not to buy any vehicle from this company, as you can see below from the responses- the rudeness continues with them calling me ‘ ‘uneducated’, advising me not to show my face in public and threatening me with legal action for this review. This is my ‘educated’ and real time review of a really terrible and horrible experience with a more then average New Zealand company and I would advise to not go through this company and to do your research as they are not MTA registered. I have called their numbers directly to sort this off the internet but was sent straight to voice mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't buy anything from here. I was planning to but after reading all the feedback and the replies from their account handler. It looks like it is never this place's fault and it is always customer's fault.
Learn to accept it sometimes. Management need to work on their account handler maybe set up some customer service course or give payrise so they like the job. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say it was a really good experience purchasing a vehicle with Ram and Sun. I had previously looked a vehicle at another dealer and even had reserved the car. But after going to these guys, their service made a huge difference in making me give up the car I had reserved and getting from Phenomenal Cars instead. Ram always explained everything very clearly to me, and he's a really nice guy. Sun knew everything about the car, and he walked me through it explaining all the features (the other dealer I went to, just left me there looking the car by myself). If I could give any constructive feedback, it would be to mention things that are optional in the financing before hand and asking if the client wants it before including it in the financing (even if it's a good deal).
Thanks guys, looking forward to do other deals with you in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving them 5 stars because of affordable car prices and very good assistance they've offered. Long drive from South Auckland to North Auckland is worth driving for to get the car. Agent (Bella) who assisted me is very professional in answering queries through email, phone calls, and especially in face-to-face. All good deals, good job!
