if you landlord, think twice when will to sign the contract with Vicki. Read carefully all text, especially small letters. I had very bad experience with Viki.

Corporate property rental have been managing my property for the last few years. They have been efficient at finding renters and professional to deal with. My property has been maintained and well looked after in my absence. I recommend this team if you’re looking for peace of mind.

Vicki was very prompt, reliable and efficient in securing me a rental. though we did no proceed due to personal reasons I will certainly be using here to find a rental in Auckland when the time becomes right. Thanks Vicki - 5 Stars

This has been by far the worst experience I have had with any company ever (I have dealt with Vodafone in the past), a one star rating is too much for this company. Not only did CPR fail to meet the repair and maintenance promises made prior to moving in they have displayed utmost incompitance and immoral behavior. I moved out of a flat 6 months ago due to personal circumstances to which Vicki (owner of company) attempted to pressure and bully me in to staying saying that I could not leave even if I found a new approved flat mate. Eventually I found a new flat mate that was approved by Vicki, we then filled out the appropriate paperwork to replace me as a tenant and also to transfer the bond responsibility to the remaining tenants. 6 months later the tenants are moving out and Vicki is ignoring emails and phone calls from them and instead calls again trying to bully and pressure me, demanding that I help her with the issues she is having in regard to having the flat adequately cleaned and ready for the next tenants. Vicki has ignored the current tenants communication attempts and has instead attempted to leverage unfilled filled tasks (vacuuming and basic cleaning) to try and extort money from the tenants. Tenants which have tried desperately to communicate with Vicki and understand how they can resolve outstanding issues that she has raised. Now that the tenants are trying to get the bond back we have discovered the Vicki never removed my name from the bond paperwork and I am the sole tenant in the eyes of tenancy services. This means I now have to get involved in any dispute or bond refund application because I am unable to transfer the bond ownership to the other tenants because officially they do not exist - Despite all parties having filled out the requested paperwork at the time. If you are looking for a property manager who will treat tenants with humanity, respect and professionalism this is the wrong business for you. Absolutely appalling, worst experience of my life. UPDATE - After taking myself and the other tenants to the tribunal Corporate Property Rentals was not awarded the additional moneys they were seeking. The adjudicator sent me home within the first 30 minutes of the hearing as it was understood I should have never been involved. Too bad I still had to take time off work for this absolute nightmare. If you are a potential tenant avoid this company at all costs.
