★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I come here mostly to buy vape juice. The staff are always really helpful and seem knowledgeable about the products they sell. I often get them to recommend a new flavour for me and more often than not it turns out to be an amazing choice.
I would recommend coming here for all your 'smoking' or vaping needs. While the costs can be a little higher than their competition I think its worth it for the friendliness and expertise of their staff.

Tried to buy vape coils, she got defensive and condescending when we asked why we couldn't get a coil for our vapes. It was honestly really bizarre and put a very bad taste in my mouth.
Really horrible experience, felt patronized and treated like an idiot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there as a first time vaper and ask for a low mg and she said the alt and it had a low mg pods. I said what ever you say. I get home and look at the mg (it was 40mg) and looked it up online and it was really high mg. i was disappointed to be given a high mg pod when I said a low mg because I am a first time vaper. Will not be going back and now I have a vape that I can't use

Walked in for the first time to purchase my ALT Refill Pods which I generally spend around $100 as I buy them in bulk. The 2 Female staff members were in their own world and did not pay any attention to me. The store owners should be aware of this ! Staff was standing like Zombies ?♀️ Zoned out !! One was on the phone the entire time. Your store just lost the sale and & a customer . Wouldn’t recommend to anyone !!
