The staff honestly make this place, honestly some of the friendliest and most helpful out of all the stores I've ever been to so they deserve a shoutout. Their sales are good and the rewards system isn't too bad either I've had a lot of loyalty vouchers which is always great. Loved the members only beauty sale (20 percent off) - look forward to the next one! PS: The lady on the Estee Lauder counter in particular (I'm so sorry I've forgotten her name) is an absolute delight!
