★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BOYCOTT this KFC!!!! I went their after couple of months but nothing has changed. Same unprofessional, rude and i’ll literate Phillipino staff. Not being discriminative as i am a foreigner too but i have never ever seen that kind of arrogant and disrespectful staff all around NZ. Waited at drive thru for more than half an hour and when I reached out to the window their was guy who instead of helping was dancing on his pillipino music. I know nothing gonna happen with any complaint or reviews but if everyone stop going their maybe then something will happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In a busy time, u will have to wait a reasonable time. Which u may not find that comfortable. I think they need more staff at the counter. Today (2021 Jan 11), only one lady was there. She was too busy I felt sorry for the stress she underwent having continuous customers. But when u are done, u can not exit ur vehicle to the main road through the side where the drive through begins.

We gave them one last chance tonight out of desperation. But it wasn't worth it.
The chicken was dry and gross, chips were like old potato and they messed up the sliders order.
Also the lady at the window was rude to my husband when he got flustered.
We rarely get kfc and they stuff it up EVERY time.

I made an order to be delivered to my house and it ended up being delivered over an hour after the stated time of delivery. I made many calls to find out what was happening with my order but they didn’t pick up once. When it was finally delivered it was cold and soggy. Absolutely appalling service and product. I would highly recommend not using this business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experienced: I observe the Uber driver treated KFC staff with no manners and rude attitude during his pick up delivery order. He is very inconsiderate I saw that time only 2 staff on duty and busy hours, the restaurant is close only drive thru is open and the staff delayed to open the door to him and he is very angry and I saw how he hardly grabbed the order to the staff. he should be thankful even busy the staff do her best to packed the orders to him to help for his extra income. Be considerate and don't judge them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We placed an online delivery order at 4.30pm for delivery at approximately 6.15pm. It finally arrived at 6.55pm. When I spoke to the driver he apologized and said it's the Hornby store, they are so slow. While I appreciate that 6pm is a busy time we ordered early to give them plenty of time but still we were left waiting. Don't think I'll bother with this store again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to pick up 2 Ubers… doors locked… notes say pick up inside… knocked for a while no response just ignored by the workers… quite rude… Asian manager just gave me a mean glare… she was obviously bothered that I was ruining her break time
Update: Rose the Asian manager had a customer waiting for 25 minutes and wouldn’t give her a time frame she kept calling me (the Uber driver) and all Rose kept saying is “I can’t tell you how long!” Great customer service Rose! ? she needs to learn the art of delaying orders when it’s that busy but hey I still get paid by KFC for waiting and u guys loose bussiness ??♂️
