★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked into the store with my sister and straight away we were approached by the manager asking us if we needed assistance and if we could place our other shopping bags at the front counter. We did what was asked. We looked around the store for 10 minutes watching (and video recording) 6 other couples walk in with shopping bags and not asked to leave their bags at the front counter. My sister and I were the only non white people in the store of course. We did ask why us and not them and the manager simply said "they're regular customers and I'm the manager, I know them". We were shocked! We were both wearing their tops! We will never go back to that store again while she's working there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popped into Manukau Just Jeans today around 11-12ish and the lovely tall young blonde women working came up to me, I wasn’t going to buy anything, was just having a look but she showed me a few pairs of jeans that fitted perfectly. I got a really good deal. Her customer service was amazing, I'll be back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad customer service. Staff were two silly ladies and they have 0 customer service skill. They don’t know how to talk to customers. If someone is putting shoulder support and partner is helping for trying his clothes. She said only one is allowed to go in try room. Is she mad and blind???? She can’t see someone is having problem with trying cloth. We will never go in that store until illiterate staff is working there. ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love coming here the staff are really friendly. Need to make a special mention of Rebecca as every time I have come into the store she has been professional, friendly and enthusiastic. I have shopped by myself, with my daughter, with my mum and with my husband and she has always found out what it is we are after and the best way she can help. Rebecca should be held up as the gold standard for all shop assistants to achieve, she has the right balance incredibly helpful but not pushy.
