★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The new piercing station makes an already small space feel claustrophobic. Let's start here. There's not much accessibility for mums with prams either. The earrings labelled "hypoallergenic" irritate my ears, so I would recommend going to a chemist if you suffer from sensitivity. Or buy from their sterling silver range. I braved up and got my helix pierced, just bring some ID and you're looking at paying around $30. The aftercare spray felt like a better and more hygienic way to take care of piercings. Though my piercing came out the way I wanted, the lady lacked confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have always loved going to the store n doing heaps n heaps of shopping for my self, my girls,and my friends and gifts. Last week I went to st Luke's store where I bought 12 kids necklace n earrings sets.. they were packed in a black paper, when I reached home n opened them to pack in packing paper, one single earing was missing, I checked thru out but there was no earing in the bag. As I went to sylvia park store today n told the store manager about the incident, I was told that this can't be replaced n to go back to the store you bought this from.. well I was very very disappointed with your customer service, it was pathetic and it made me feel that you guys do not care for your customers, working in a customer service role I wouldn't have ever done this ... #unaccaptable #

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each time I have gone into Lovisa, the young woman behind the counter has chosen to remain texting on her phone rather than greeting me.
When I said "hello" on my most recent venture into the store, she failed to even look up.
The entire transaction was carried out with the staff member buried in her phone whilse shouting about boyfriends with her fellow staff member on the other side of the shop.
I would expect better if I do come in again.

I initially went in to purchase an anklet for my friend. I went to the counter and the rep told me that it was 3 for 30, so I assumed she was referring to the anklets/bracelets. I then went back to get another 2 anklets that I liked, when I returned to the counter she said oh no, it’s the earrings. So I thought okay, I will go and get 2 pairs of earrings. I choose 2 pairs of earrings and go back to the counter and she then says no, it’s 3 for 30 for the earrings. I said you should have been more clear to begin with. I then said, I will just buy the anklet that I initially bought to the counter. She says okay and rings it up. I pay for it and was provided with no receipt. It’s only when I get home, do I find she has given me the wrong anklet and I will have to make another trip to the mall tomorrow to see if I am able to exchange it without a receipt. I should have checked before paying for it, but I assumed that she knew the one I was talking about. It’s not like it was even busy in the store. Waste of time.

Place is so small a baby buggy would take up all the extra room!
