β β β β β Didn't receive any notification 1 1/2 days later so went in shop while I was at the shopping centre, they luckily had a set in stock so processed it then. Lenses still had smudges on them when I took them out the box so cleaned them again myself

β β β β β Purchased a pair of sunglasses yesterday, the lady serving very patiently let me try on many pairs and made some excellent recommendations in an effort to get ones which I would be happy with. Always difficult to judge sunglasses when your inside but she helped enormously, I have since been using them outdoors and driving, I am thrilled with them they are exactly what I was looking for Good Job.

β β β β β Went in with intentions to buy new glasses as I had been looking for some on their website. The entire duration of me looking for 5 mins with my partner not once did the male turn around to say hello and acknowledge me or ask if I wanted help with anything. I said to him "Thank you so much for not even saying hi - you're so great at your job". Kissed your company goodbye of a $500+ sale that day.
Guess you must make enough in a day to not have to speak to all customers..

β β β β β Today I was served by this lovely and gorgeous girl by the name of Vienne (I think that's how you say her name) who was transferred from the St Luke branch. Anyways she was really lovely, she asked what I was looking for and gave me information about the different brands, which I appreciated. She was very helpful throughout the whole transaction. If you're a looking for a good pair of sun glasses and great customer service, definitely check her out :)

β β β β β Wow she is not here like an hour. Or maybe more. Seriously this is way too bad for customer service. I am still waiting her. They wrote we will be back in 10mins. Thats not true. Excellent customer service ever. Ok. After more than 1hr, 2staff came back with drinks and then no one said sorry for waiting. I feel uncomfortable with this situation. And the staff did not tell me bye. Amazing customer service ever. I do not recommend this store. Go to other branches please. And I wish my review can make them to be more nice to other customers.
