★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turned up one night to get some quick supplies, we must’ve turned up right as they were closing and we did not realise this. The lady at the door was VERY rude and basically just said “nope! We are closed! You can’t come in now!” In a very rude way. We weren’t even close enough to the door to look like we were trying to enter, she could have easily said it in a nicer way. And she ‘shooed’ us away with her hand. Very rude and grumpy looking 20 something year old. Have never gone back since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hired a rug doctor to clean carpets in house and garage excellent machine all done and dusted in a couple of hours great 21st easy access good carpark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very big shopping mall especially for who plan to travel by canpervan dor motorhome, here is a good place to buy your foods and ingredients. There are parking lots for big motorhome and the best part is it's only 5 mins from the CHC airport and car rental offices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Get real!!! As a countdown that is at the gateway to the south Island you can do A LOT BETTER! I have curiously shopped here and am let down by the lack of stock and yes the prices. While all the other stores are doing well, there is room for tourists and the local public to enjoy, a different atmosphere.
Am i wrong? Hire more staff keep shelves stocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally incompetent with online delivery. Dont read notes. No substitute gets ignored and items substituted. Out of alot of stock that other countdowns have in stock. Delivery instructions never adhered to. After a year of this time to move on
