★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of Auckland's handiest central city Countdown supermarkets. Well designed with big aisles, clear signage and stocked with local products. Informed staff who can assist with every enquiry. Recommended to inner city residents and travellers. Their cheese section is comprehensive and Includes the deservedly famous Over The Moon cheeses. I'm a regular client.

Couldn't find any Italian cheese for a pasta I had to run everywhere but staff couldn't find anything I can use.
Please get some quality Parmigiano Reggiano and pecorino Romano.

Staff were rude and unhelpful! , had my scooter stolen from there after being reassured that it would be safe under their watch, completely lied to me, once I came back to pay for groceries, scooter was stolen, the staff member who said she would look after it lied and dissappeared out the back, taking no responsiblily for it, then there was no help from staff or sympathy, talked to manager he preferred to make it a police matter and not their responsibility, which it was, and now they are trying get away with losing my scooter, I will not give up on this and will take it to court!
I'm disappointed and disgusted with their lack of respect for me and my electric scooter stolen from their premises after their staff members reasurrance, it was an expensive scooter and now I'm left without transportation, devastated and will probably never shop there again, I was a regular customer, never trust the staff there if I were you, Awful place!

Off the Ponsonby main road with underground parking that lets you access the store by travelator which makes taking your cart to your car very easily and safe.
Has the usual Countdown merchandise nice wide aisles counter or self checking.
A nice experience for a out of towner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great supermarket!!! I bought fruits, nuts, bread and cheese. Everything was fresh and well displayed. Checking out was easy. There is self check out and 3 cashiers were also available. There were 2 ladies helping at the self checkout; one helped me out since it was my 5th day in New Zealand. Thank you!
