β β β β β Issues with courier delivery. Had to go back and forth with NZ Couriers ( who weren't very helpful ) and Vineonline to resolve. Process should be a lot easier.

β β β β β So glad I came across this website, im not a huge wine drinker so dont really know much about it and I need it for an event, so when i found these guys i loved the fact they had 6 packs and for a great price too. So after ordering one on sunday i have received it today (tuesday) and their customer service was awesome when i thought the wrong address was being used for shipping. Highly recommend. Thanks Vine Online

β β β β β I ordered a bottle to be delivered the week prior to xmas however the delivery didn't arrive to the recipient because it was reliant on the courier company. When inquired through the team at Vino they were quick to respond and tried to chase the delivery up. They couldn't get any response from the courier company.
They offered a refund straight away which I initially turned down but as it didn't turn up I took the refund.
To my surprise the delivery turned up after new year's!
I highly recommend Vino Online for their exceptional customer service (rare these days ;p) even though it wasn't a fault of theirs but they took it upon themselves! WOW! Thank you! Will be back again :)

β β β β β I've posted the below review but an update because this issue has now been resolved. Customer service have apologised, also refunding credit card charge. I'm still unsure what exactly happened but the couriers' actions were wierd and reports inaccurate (not matching instruction). I still feel this should've been sorted far earlier and without the hours of effort I was put to. I don't think it was easy for them either and believe it was a system failure.
I leave some of the review for you to make your own decision. No doubt lockdown creates challenges.
I may give them another go when nearby....
An order was made for a delivery as a gift with predelivery instructions and different delivery address to client address. The emailed receipt didn't include correct shipping address due to default tech error VineOnline end. So I phoned to sort, receiving confirmation email it was done (when it wasn't).
My credit card was charged close to a week before it was delivered but recipient never received it. He also wasn't phoned in advance as required. My repeated phone calls to Vineonline got nowhere with them being unable to advise where it went. Their reference to altered delivery label was considered ok. I received conflicting advice from VineOnline and couriers.There's no management to refer to and they also failed to update where shipment went.
So I cancelled but they refused wrongly claiming wine delivered and not collected back from wrong address. They are just around corner from where it was wrongly delivered, so could have easilly sorted but didn't. Many emails and attempts to sort. They got order wrong, charged in advance and took a long time to rectify. I appreciate they did so maybe my experience is the odd one out.

β β β β β Grant and the Team were very fast and efficient with processing staff gifts for our company - 30 to be sent individually to those working from home, and three bulk orders for our branches. All were packed, processed and on the courier within one day with email notifications. A couple of problems with addresses were quickly rectified, thank you so much for the great service!!! Would definitely recommend and use again A+
